How does the free trial work?
Every new business gets the first 2 months free, with every feature. When the trial ends you pay for the next period from the cabinet.
What happens when a paid period ends?
Nothing stops at once: you have 7 days to pay for the next period. After that the cabinet pauses and online booking switches off until you pay again. Your data stays.
Who counts as a team member?
Everyone on your team who is assigned to a location, the owner included. A person who works at two locations counts at each one.
Do locations cost extra?
There is no separate fee for a location, and you can open as many as you need. You pay for the team members who work at each location.
Can I pay for several months at once?
Yes: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months by card. A 12-month period costs 10% less.
What is the AI wallet?
A prepaid balance in your cabinet for the AI add-ons. Top it up by card from $5, and switch on auto-refill if you like. It pays for AI Marketing plans and extra units, and for the AI receptionist once she is switched on. Your subscription is never taken from it.
What do I need for the AI receptionist?
Your own WhatsApp number or Instagram account and a short setup with us. Ask us from the add-ons section and we switch her on for your salon.
Which currency are the prices in?
QueenPilot's prices are in US dollars. Your own services can be priced in any currency you choose in the cabinet, and reports follow it.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the cabinet. The subscription stops at the end of the paid period, and you can come back later; your data waits for you.
